It was a very hot day so we were lucky to be playing (mostly) under a huge cover that shaded the bandstand. Picture, left, from the left: Noddy (Noel), Jeff, Danny and Mike. Noddy adds percussion and vocals to the line-up and Danny who is an accordion specialist can sometimes be persuaded to play trumpet (another specialism). Danny is studying at the Royal Academy in London at the moment. |
